Video:The Aqualillies perform for Esther Williams.
The Aqualillies perform for Esther Williams and Betty Garrett at the first ever Turner Classic Movies Film Festival in Hollywood. The event was at the historic Roosevelt Hotel where the Aqualillies performed their water show before the screening of Neptune's Daughter.
Ha! I got the same bathing suit! yay! :") It feels quite strange to hear Marilyn Monroe singing with this hard rhythm in the backround - though I know it is easier to perform synchron that way - for me it is just odd..
Frl. Irene Palfy, I agree... I would have liked the swimmers, to have performed to the same music that Esther, performed to in her classic films. That would have been wonderful.
